Hay Fever

On Sunday my friend Tina invited out to a hay ride with her church. We got there a bit early so we drove around for a bit, it was relaxing- so much so that I was thinking about skipping and going  back home to nap (as I was at work at 6 AM). But Im glad I didnt! The hay ride itself was full of kids so we hopped in Tinas car and followed right along. We went to a members house waaaay out in the country and had a weenie roast and marshmellow roast. David sang some with Pastor Tim. It was a nice outting and what a blessing! David and Tinas husband get along great. I have been praying for a couple to hang out with!  Its nice to know we have someone around here to hangout with, do lunch with! Okmulgee is really feeling like home.  Even work just feels nice. I like my job but its good to come into work and everyone is excited your there. I have been Grill Manager for the last couple of days to be trained in that area ( where I must say I was seriously slow and hated it! but im back in the groove of things and can keep up with the hambugrlar himself lol). I got a nice compliment the other day. This girl Ryaan said I was sleepy but having you back here motivated me. :) I dont feel the need to scream at people to get the orders done or to cook the food, as ALOT OF MANAGERS DO! * MIGRANE!*  I found I get alot better results with crew by just being friendly and calm, esp during busy times. '
& David has started driving at his work, hes a bit nervous because he dont really know the streets and they are timed but hello tips?!? lol Im just excited for the extra $ even if its nickle and dimes for Ca. The airline we are flying with of course charges $25 for checked luggage. SO we are trying to fit everything in one bag! Im going to be traveling light and that in itself is going to be a challenge!

*will upload more pics later. Im annoyed that the internet keeps kicking me off...blah!
