Dont Forget Sunscreen!

"Don't Forget Sunscreen!" was a cute little note from Matt ( CASA) with our plane tickets. The note, before opening the rest put in in the mood ( mentally).  A month from today, I will be in Cali - Never Been-. We are looking into places to go and things to do with Jaz, we have choosen a day at the beach ( duh right?). We have family to see and lots of spending time with Jaz! We talk to her often and its sooo good to hear her voice. Its something we have always prayed for. The connection between her and David is just amazing! Even tho they never been together in person youd never know it! They are so much alike. I like to sit back and listen to them two talk, I cant imagine what its gonna be like in person.

Work is getting insane by the day, I dont understand how we can be this busy! Im for sure we have fed the population of Okmulgee in the last two days. Doesnt anyone cook at home anymore? Alot of the orders are like family orders. A bunch of happy meals (which btw we have these halloween buckets id like to toss in the dumpsters!) and a combo meals. Its nothing to have $40 orders back to back. I often joke that Im goingt to change the rules and its gonna be a 5 item or less line ( if I could only!)

David is doing well on his job, he wants to work more and more hours  ( while I count down the time to leave most days lol) He seems to enjoy it. We are both going to look into furthering our education when we come back from our Ca trip. So much to do after we get back. By the time we get that all squared away, we will have to start remodeling stuff Im sure.

AND while this cold weather is nice for now because this past summer is still with me, I know I will be sick of it soon.  Im looking forward to the next heat wave. :)
