Leaves Leaves Leaves... Oh My!

So there are plenty of trees in our yard that I cant stand and will be chopped and or at least majorly trimmed next spring. However, I am enjoying the yellow leaves they are all bringing me and ive daydream about raking but lets be real: prolly wont happen. Due to the fact I dont have a rake :(  or i sooo would, really!

neighbors tree. I love the reds and will be looking what to plant to have red in my yard, most likely will keep a yellow tree so next year I will have a nice varity of colorful leaves to rake.



Bloggers Blog: Day 3 of Earthquakes...Tornados... and a weird movie

So last night we had yet another earthquake. This time a wee it smaller but the thing that scared me the most was the popping sound we heard, I with other neighbors thought a tree had fallen due to the high winds ( as we were under a tornado watch) but no go. There was no damage anywhere, so it only leaves my mind to wander what the heck it was?!?!?!

David and I were in bed watching Sucker Punch, oddish movie with nice graphics- didnt finish it so I cant really give you a two thumbs up or two thumbs down. Id like to finish it, it kept me awake and I couldnt help where this movie was going. Im still wondering! Maybe, when I get home I will finish it. Hopefully its not due back tonight!

So all in all, yesterday was a very eventful day with a days work on top of all of that.
I am moving quickly through my manager training book and my goal is to have it done before Christmas, well at least before the first of the year so when my BSM class is available I can get to go to the first one of the year- bigger raise & more stuff to do!
