Tomatoe/Tomahto

I hate to be the one who toots my own hourn but eh c'ome on...if i don't who will? :)

I got some seeds, some dirt, and a pot. Use some water, some sunlight and a couple days later... it poked out of the dirt. Since the death of tomatoe plant 2011... ive been urging for some spring weather to try to grow again. And I did!!!

I plan on doing more green thumbing on Tuesday. My plan is to  also clear out and design the serenity garden. Sure hope its good weather!

I think you should have a few winner days to get your yard work done this week. I would totally recommend grabbing at least a couple of packages of perennial bulbs. Maybe some pretty peonies or hollyhocks or lilies. Just to have something pretty to look forward to this summer. Emi and I planted tulips this past Fall and they are coming up...looking forward to some color hopefully in time for Easter. The kids planted strawberries and watermelon to start and we have some potatoes to start. Tomatoes are always a good idea. Maybe this year I'll actually get some!

I have something growing in my front yard flower bed, left over from past homeowners.. im thinking its tulips ( i keep hearing how everybodys are getting ready). Im patiently waiting on them to show me the flower theres about 7 of them, would be morw but my dog dug and ate some bulbs. I do want to plant some for the summer but i dont want to attract many bees in the sernity garden so im iffy.
