Last night at work I recieved a wonderful compliment from my DM. She said that another manager selected me for her team ( this I knew) and that she only said great things about me and that im going to make a really great manager. On top of this, I am going to be learning how to do schedules when she goes on maternity leave, not bad for not being certified yet!
So it got me to thinking of how often do I compliment people. Often in our store, and many other areas of life people only want to complain. Its nice to hear the good. Even on the news its usally bad news
So I challenge you to go out of our way to be positive and uplift someone today!
